• Tell me about your degustation menu.
  • Waji's degustation menu is designed around multiple courses. As courses are a little smaller than an entree size meal It is recommended to have at least four courses. Three courses are ideal for a lighter dinner or perfect lunch function. Degustation is also perfect to match to wines which our catering team can organise for you.
• Tell me about your floating food menu.
  • Waji's floating food menu is designed for stand-up functions. All dishes are appetizer sized portions that are served in individual containers to be held in the hand. These dishes compliment canapes perfectly. We recommend that four canapes be chosen as a prelude to floating food.
• Can you cater for a function with canapes only?
  • We recommend a minimum of 10 canapes per person. This menu is perfect for food served around 3-6pm for a cocktail party for example.
• What are costs associated with waiting staff?
  • Weekdays: $30 per hour.
  • Weekends & Public Holidays: $40 per hour.
  • Travel Costs: $20 per hour and $1 per kilometre per vehicle.
