Waji's Thai Green Chilli Paste

‘Adding green chilli paste is the Indian way, the Bangladesh way. The green paste does not have the finesse of the red paste but it is a truly rustic flavour, you could not get any more rustic.’

This is what makes green curry green.
Add a tablespoon or two to a vegetarian stir-fry.
Add it to sweet meats and seafood - pork, fish, chicken and veal.
Use as a table condiment with curries.

My Thai Green Chilli Paste is
Jalapeno green chillies, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh coriander roots, fresh lemongrass,
canola oil and sea salt; mixed, heated and hot-bottled. Refrigerate. 250g.
